NEW MEMBERS are NOT accepted during months of
OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, and DECEMBER.
New Member Orientation is 2nd Wednesday of each month
Doors open at 5:00pm - Meeting begins at 6:00pm
Want to become a Member of the Hawkeye Rifle and Pistol Club?
If you are interested in becoming a member you must meet ALL of the following:
1. Must be a citizen of the United States and 21 years of age or older.
2. Must be eligible for membership in the National Rifle Association. Members are strongly encouraged to become
NRA members if not already.
3. Must demonstrate the ability to handle, load, and fire a firearm for club officers.
4. Must NOT be a member of any organization which has any part of its program the attempt to overthrow the Government of
the United States or any of its political subdivisions by force or violence.
5. Must NOT be prohibited by law from owning or possessing a firearm.
6. Must attend a New Member Orientation Meeting held monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month starting at 6:00 pm at the
Indoor Pistol Range. Doors open at 5:00 pm and please arrive early. BRING YOUR HANDGUN and 15 rounds of AMMO! You will need it.
Location: 6217 Mitchell Street, Sioux City, Iowa (At the Sioux City Airport).
Please note that you can't arrive to the orientation meeting late. If you come late then you will be asked to attend the
next new member orientation.
a. Must bring eye and ear protection (Required)
b. MUST bring a pistol to demonstrate safe handling of a firearm
c. Must bring Cash, Check or Credit Card for membership fees
d. Membership fees for New Members are as follows
i. Yearly Membership Fee $175.00
ii. New Membership Fee $50.00 (one-time fee if membership does not lapse)
7. Apply for membership online via this website. Under MEMBERSHIP button click "New Member Application" (Not available during October, November, and December). This will help speed up your membership process when you come to the orientation meeting.
